Frequent customer here. I throughly enjoy the whole holiday experience the girls in the shop have exstentive knowledge of all holiday packages and offer such a wide range of holiday extras that have added to our holidays everytime! Shocked to see such negative feedback when in 15+ years I've received nothing but great service just goes to show there's no pleasing some people they aren't miracle workers but they really do work magic with your holiday experience!

The worst customer service of my life. The staff are so RUDDDDEEEE Linda , Tracey and Chloe. They talk over you when you are trying to explain something. Wanted to enquire about cancelling passengers of my holiday, they all gave me the wrong information. Every time I call to make a payment they will have the wrong information about my holiday WORST AGENCY EVER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .

I have just booked my second holiday with this shop I usually do online but but needed to make extra bookings I have had no problems the staff are friendly if they are busy they call your back and they match the Web prices I will be booking me holidays with them
